MAYBELLINE

Global Image Stewardship, Post-Production & Visual Continuity

My work with Maybelline sits at the intersection of precision, scale, and long-term trust. Embedded through Gotham Inc., a subsidiary of McCann Worldgroup, I have supported one of the world’s most visible beauty brands for over a decade.

The role is not about reinvention.

It is about protection, consistency, and execution at volume.

Context

Maybelline operates as a global system - spanning markets, cultures, media formats, and celebrity equity. Each year, hundreds of assets are produced across digital, print, retail, motion, and live presentation environments, all of which must resolve into a single, coherent brand language.

Precision is not optional.

Consistency is non-negotiable.

Role & Responsibility

As part of the post-production and visual execution team, my responsibility has been to maintain image integrity across the brand’s most visible touchpoints—year after year, market after market.

A core deliverable is the annual Maybelline Worldwide Brand Meeting, where an entire year of global activity is distilled into a unified visual narrative. These presentations bring together campaigns, new product launches, new faces, regional adaptations, commercials, and retail executions, serving as a point of alignment for stakeholders across the organization.

Beyond these moments, I have worked on global campaign assets and image systems supporting North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, across both digital and print environments.

Technical Mastery at Scale

The work is rooted in post-production, but functions at a higher level of responsibility. It requires an understanding of how images behave across formats, cultures, and media while preserving brand consistency and performance under intense visibility.

This includes the stewardship of imagery featuring globally recognized faces such as Gigi Hadid and Adriana Lima, where precision, restraint, and discretion are essential. These images carry significant brand equity, and the role demands technical excellence without imprinting authorship.

In addition to image refinement, the scope has included project rendering and support of global storytelling-  ensuring that disparate campaigns, regions, and outputs resolve into a unified visual language.

Continuity & Trust

What defines this work is not a single campaign, but duration.

Over more than ten years, I have supported Maybelline through evolving trends, changing spokesmodels, new product categories, and shifting media landscapes while maintaining visual coherence at scale. That continuity reflects trust: the ability to operate inside a legacy system, meet exacting standards, and deliver consistently under pressure.

This is the work behind the work.

Invisible when done correctly. Indispensable when absent.

Project Context

Maybelline represents Albert Marashi Studio’s capability to operate within the most demanding environments in global beauty - where scale, speed, and precision are required, and where brand equity must be protected rather than reinterpreted.

It demonstrates technical mastery, disciplined execution, and long-term stewardship inside a legacy brand system - skills that underpin and inform every other project in the portfolio.
